Aging-based classification: The portfolio is organized by delinquency range to keep risk visible.
Executive view separated from operational view: Management and day-to-day work read the same published position on different screens.

Orca

An engineering system with an explicit human gate.

Orca is a third-party platform. The workflow I built around it — roles, review, verification, human gates, worktree isolation, acceptance criteria and automations — is mine. It is used in real NorthCore work: manager, executor, reviewer, independent auditor and human gate work on the same decision, with evidence and limits kept visible.
