Building in public without the theater

Building in public is most valuable when it creates a record of the thinking behind the product. That includes choices that worked, assumptions that changed and ideas that were removed.

The aim is not to manufacture certainty. It is to make the process legible while the work is still evolving.

Sharing can clarify ideas and invite better conversations, but it should not replace making the product useful.

I want this site to be a practical window into that process: what I am building, why it matters and what I am learning along the way.
